America said: the President of Ukraine is considering holding a referendum

The most significant source of tension between Russia and Ukraine is NATO forces. Putin is adamant about Ukraine’s refusal to join NATO at any cost. In response to Russia’s concerns, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is considering holding a referendum, according to US Secretary of State Antony Blinken. The outcome of this referendum will determine whether Ukraine joins NATO or not.

Ukraine is looking for a peaceful way to reduce tensions with Russia, according to Antony Blinken. Antony Blinken had met Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov earlier in the day on Tuesday. The two then came to an agreement on a diplomatic solution to the crisis.

The United States does not have faith in Russia’s troop withdrawal.

In the midst of rising tensions between Russia and NATO, Moscow has announced the withdrawal of troops from the Ukraine border. However, the United States continues to have reservations about Russia. In an interview with ABC News, Blinken said, “We haven’t seen a clear pull-back of the Russian military yet.” A large military gathering, on the other hand, is visible.

Jens Stoltenberg, the NATO Secretary General, also stated that Russia is still capable of attacking Ukraine without warning. We must also determine whether Russian forces are withdrawing or simply moving troops from one location to another.

Russian military weapons could be deployed along Ukraine’s border once more.

On the Slaven Coast of Crimea, Russian military helicopters and tanks have been deployed. The Ukraine border is only 13 kilometres away.

Dmitry Peskov, a spokesman for the Kremlin, has dismissed American concerns. According to Peskov, the US and NATO have yet to properly assess the situation. A train laden with Russian tanks, armoured vehicles, and howitzers has left Crimea, and the army will soon return to their bases, according to a video released by Russia’s Defense Ministry.

All of these claims have been refuted by Ruslan Leviev, a researcher who tracks Russia’s military movements. According to Leviev, Russian military equipment that has been removed from Crimea can be re-deployed on Ukraine’s eastern border.

Russia’s and America’s warplanes collided in mid-flight.

In July of last year, Russian Su-35 jet fighters performed at an air show in Moscow.

Pentagon officials said on Wednesday that warplanes from Russia and the United States had collided in dangerous ways three times in the previous week. There was a time when the distance between them was only 5 feet. Russian SU-35 fighter jets and American P-8A surveillance aircraft crossed each other’s flight paths last week, according to officials.

The Pentagon’s spokesman, Navy Captain Mike Kafka, said, “We have conveyed our concerns to the Russian authorities through diplomatic channels.” Fortunately, no one was injured despite the fact that the planes crossed the flight paths of both countries, but such incidents can lead to errors in assessment. This can have serious ramifications.
