Akash Ambani already plays a key role. On this occasion, Mukesh Ambani stated that all Reliance senior executives, including myself, should now rely on the highly capable, committed, and promising young generation.

PTI reports from New Delhi. Mukesh Ambani, the country’s richest man and the CEO of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), has stated that the company’s leadership will be passed down to the next generation. Dhirubhai Ambani, the founder of Reliance Industries, said at a Family Day commemorating his birth anniversary that he now wants to speed up the process of handing over leadership to the younger generation.

According to Ambani, Reliance is currently undergoing a successful leadership transition. Mukesh Ambani (64 years old) is the father of three children. His twin children Akash and Isha Ambani, as well as Anant Ambani, are among them.

In the Reliance Jio and Isha Ambani Reliance Retail businesses, Akash Ambani already plays a key role. On this occasion, Mukesh Ambani said that all senior executives at Reliance, including myself, should now put their faith in the very capable, committed, and full of potential young generation. Now it’s up to the senior executives to mentor, enable, and motivate this new generation, ensuring that RIL’s various businesses reach new heights under his leadership.

To turn big dreams and impossible goals into reality, according to Ambani, it takes capable people and effective leadership. Reliance has now reached a point where my generation’s seniors must hand over the reins of the company to the next generation’s young leadership. On the back of foraying into green energy and the telecom industry reaching unprecedented heights, Reliance Industries is set to be among India’s most renowned MNCs across the globe in the years to come.
