Vivo has unveiled the Y15s, a new low-cost smartphone (2021). It has a notch display in the style of a waterdrop, as well as dual rear cameras. It is compatible with Google Android Go Edition. It will also come with a 5,000mAh battery. It will compete with the Moto E40 and the Redmi 10 Prime in India.

This phone is only available in a single configuration with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The cost is Rs 10,990. The phone will be available in two colours: Mystic Blue and Wave Green. Aside from Vivo India’s e-store, the phone will be available in retail stores across the country.

It runs on Funtouch OS 11.1 with Android 11 and supports dual-Nano SIM (Go Edition). The phone has a 6.51-inch IPS display with HD + resolution (720×1,600 pixels). It will have 3GB of RAM and an Octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 processor. The phone has 32GB of internal storage. Micro SD cards are also supported.
It has a dual-camera setup on the back for both photography and video. It comes with a 13-megapixel primary camera lens with an f/2.2 aperture. A 2-megapixel macro lens is the second lens. For selfies and video calls, there’s an 8-megapixel lens with an aperture of f/2.0.
The phone has 4G LTE, Dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS / A-GPS, FM Radio, and a Micro-USB port for connectivity. An accelerometer, ambient light, and a proximity sensor are also included. The phone also includes a fingerprint sensor on the side.
